Delivery partners

We work with trusted courier partners to get your order to you safely:

  • FEZ Delivery: interstate home delivery across Nigeria
  • GUO Transport: pickup from designated GUO locations
  • Bolt Dispatch: delivery within Abuja
  • DHL: international shipping and eligible next-day delivery
  • Top Ship: international shipping

The options available to you depend on your destination and each courier’s coverage.

Delivery options, fees and timelines

Your delivery options and fees are shown at checkout, or confirmed with you when your order is arranged. Fees depend on your destination, the size or weight of your package, and the delivery service you choose.

Most orders take 2–3 days to produce. Orders that are made or personalised for you are dispatched the day after production is complete. Within Nigeria, delivery usually takes a further 2–3 days after dispatch. Delivery times for international orders depend on the destination, courier and service.

Getting your order to you

Please make sure your name, phone number, address and delivery details are correct when you order. Incorrect information can cause delays, failed delivery attempts or extra charges.

  • Home delivery: please make sure you, or someone you’ve authorised, is available to receive the parcel.
  • GUO pickup: you’re responsible for collecting your order from the agreed GUO location.

Delays, damage and lost parcels

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed by courier operations, weather, road conditions, public holidays or security restrictions. We’ll do our best to keep you updated.

If your parcel is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, email hello@littlescribbs.co with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and include photos or videos of the issue.

International orders

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country. These charges aren’t included in our prices or delivery fees and are the recipient’s responsibility.
